Chaiselounge Prototype
The Chaiselounge is a double-sided park bench that acts as a big light source. About 4-5 people find space on this glowing sitting structure. The bench faces in two directions, which creates interesting visual and interactive meeting points in the middle of the bench twist. The chosen material is an epoxy glass fiber sandwich construction with laminated LEDs. The Chaiselounge was constructed at the University of California, Berkeley.
