Studentproject at the University of California Berkeley Professor Jean Paul Bourdier After natural or man-made catastrophes, this airship would transport inflatable field hospitals, schools, shelters and other humanitarian aids. When not in use, it can function also to house international events such as conferences, games or be the seat of global endeavors such as those of an international tribunal for crimes against humanity or international organizations proposing agreements on social, political or ecological issues.
